Tuesday — Rest day 
Rest is also important in life.So take a long breath and remain cool.

Eat healthy,
Work hard, 
Stay strong, 
Worry Less,
Dance More,
Love Often and be happy.



Wednesday — 20 minutes of exercise. 

Thursday — Rest day.
Friday — 20 minutes of exercise .
Saturday — Rest day.
Sunday — 20 minutes of exercise .
